Contact form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form delivery service. Your message passes through that service in order to reach our inbox. If you would prefer not to use the form, you can email or telephone us directly using the details on our contact page.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party advertising or social media tracking scripts.

If we introduce website analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it is enabled, and the purpose and provider will be stated here.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship. If you would like your enquiry deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

This website is served over HTTPS. Information submitted through the contact form is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry correspondence within IT.JO is limited to the staff who need it in order to respond.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond.
