Why call quality problems are network problems

The phone is almost never the fault.

Choppy audio, one-way audio and dropped calls are usually caused by the network carrying the traffic: no quality-of-service marking, a saturated uplink, an aggressive firewall closing sessions early, or double NAT between the handset and the carrier.

Because we design and support networks as well as voice platforms, these get diagnosed instead of passed between two suppliers who each blame the other.

Communications questions

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
In most cases yes, through number porting. We check portability for your specific numbers and carrier before you commit to anything, and we schedule the port so there is no period where calls are unreachable.
Do we have to replace our PBX?
No. If your existing system is healthy and supported, SIP trunking can connect it to modern voice services and remove legacy line costs without replacing the platform.
Can staff work from home on the same phone system?
Yes — that is one of the main advantages of a cloud PBX. Extensions follow the user through a softphone, mobile application or handset, with the same number, transfer and voicemail behaviour wherever they are.
Can this integrate with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Teams can be connected to the public telephone network so that calls are made and received directly in Teams, alongside your existing numbering and routing.
