Do you work with small businesses, or only large organisations?
Both. A significant part of our work is providing a complete IT function for businesses that are too small to justify an internal department, alongside project and specialist work for organisations that already have their own IT team.
Can you take over systems that someone else built?
Yes, and it is common. We start with a review of what exists — servers, network, licensing, domains, DNS, backups and access — then document it and agree what needs correcting before we take on day-to-day responsibility.
Do you charge for an initial consultation?
No. The first conversation is to understand the requirement and establish whether we are the right fit. If the work needs a detailed assessment beyond that, we will tell you what it involves and what it costs before starting.
