Cloud & Data Center
Infrastructure built for business.
Compute, storage, connectivity and continuity that stay predictable as your business grows — designed, hosted and managed locally.
Cloud that fits the workload, not the brochure
"Move to the cloud" is not a strategy. Some workloads belong on shared virtual infrastructure, some need isolation for compliance or performance reasons, some run better on hardware you own in a data centre, and some should stay exactly where they are.
We start from the workload — what it does, who depends on it, how much downtime it can absorb, and what happens to the data — then design infrastructure around those answers. That usually produces a mix rather than a single platform, and it produces a cost you can predict.
Cloud & data centre services
Each service is available individually or as part of a managed infrastructure agreement.
Virtual servers provisioned to your specification, scaled without rebuilding, with snapshots and backup included in the design.
Cost-effective virtual private servers with dedicated resources and full root or administrator access, hosted for businesses operating in Jordan.
Isolated virtual environments for workloads with data residency, performance or compliance requirements that shared platforms cannot meet.
Single-tenant physical servers where performance consistency, licensing or regulatory requirements rule out virtualisation.
Rack space, resilient power, cooling, connectivity and physical security for hardware you own and control.
Patching, monitoring, backup verification, capacity planning and performance management handled by our engineers.
Automated, monitored, off-site backup with retention that matches how far back you would actually need to go.
Recovery environments and documented runbooks with defined objectives, tested before you need them rather than during an incident.
Planning that covers people, connectivity and communications alongside systems, so the business keeps operating.
The part most providers leave out
Backup is not a product. Restore is the product.
A backup job that reports success every night proves only that a job ran. It does not prove that the data is complete, that the restore path works, or that anyone knows how long a full recovery takes.
We define recovery objectives with you first — how much data you can afford to lose, and how long you can afford to be down — then build backup and recovery to meet those numbers, and test restores against them.
- Defined RPO and RTO agreed with the business, not assumed by IT.
- Off-site copies so a site-level event does not take the backups with it.
- Monitored jobs with failures escalated to a person, not just logged.
- Tested restores performed on a schedule and documented.
- Written runbooks so recovery does not depend on one engineer's memory.
What is included as standard
Across our cloud and data centre services.
- Local support — engineers in Jordan, reachable during your working week.
- Monitoring — availability, capacity and performance checks on every managed system.
- Security baseline — hardened builds, controlled access and patching from day one.
- Documentation — you receive the design, not just the credentials.
- Predictable billing — sized capacity rather than a surprise at month end.
- Migration assistance — planned cutovers with rollback positions.
