Hosting & Domains
Hosting that stays up, and someone to call when it doesn't.
Websites, business email, domains, SSL and DNS — run properly, monitored, and supported by engineers in Jordan.
The hosting problem is rarely the hosting
Most hosting complaints are not really about disk space or bandwidth. They are about a site that slowed down and nobody could say why, an SSL certificate that expired on a Friday, email that started landing in spam after a DNS change, or a provider whose support meant a form and a three-day wait.
We run hosting as an operational service rather than a product listing. That means monitored platforms, current software, DNS and certificates managed rather than left to expire, and a support route that reaches an engineer who can actually look at the server.
Hosting & domain services
Reliable hosting for business websites and applications, with current runtimes, monitoring, backup and SSL handled as standard.
Hosting tuned for WordPress, with caching, security hardening, core and plugin update handling and staging where needed.
Professional email on your own domain, with correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your messages actually arrive.
Registration and renewal management for international domains and .jo domains, with ownership recorded in your name.
Certificate provisioning, installation and renewal, so HTTPS keeps working without an annual scramble.
Authoritative DNS hosting with changes made carefully, documented, and reversible when something needs backing out.
Moving sites and email from another provider with content, databases and mail preserved, and a rollback position throughout.
Email deliverability is a DNS problem
Most "our email goes to spam" cases resolve at the record level.
Business email fails in ways that are invisible from the inside: the message sends successfully, and simply never arrives. Almost always the cause is authentication — missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, often left behind after a migration that nobody finished.
We configure and maintain those records as part of hosting email domains, and check them when we take over an existing environment.
- SPF — declaring which servers may send for your domain.
- DKIM — cryptographically signing outbound mail.
- DMARC — telling receivers what to do when checks fail, and reporting on it.
- Reverse DNS and reputation checks on sending infrastructure.
- Post-migration verification rather than assuming the cutover was clean.
Included as standard
- Monitoring — availability checks on hosted sites, not just on the server.
- Backups — automated, off-server, with retention agreed in advance.
- Current software — supported runtime and control panel versions, patched.
- SSL — provisioned and renewed as part of the service.
- Local support — engineers in Jordan during your working week.
- Clean ownership — domains registered in your name, credentials handed over.
