Hosting

Business web hosting in Jordan.

For company websites that represent a real business — monitored, backed up, kept current, and supported locally.

Business hosting is a different requirement

A personal blog going offline is an inconvenience. A company website going offline stops enquiries, breaks the address on your invoices, and — if email is on the same domain — can stop communication entirely.

Business hosting is therefore less about the size of the package and more about what happens operationally: whether anyone notices an outage before you do, whether a restore actually works, whether the platform is patched, and whether support can diagnose rather than deflect.

How we run it

Availability monitoring

Sites are checked continuously from outside the platform, so an outage raises an alert to us rather than waiting for a customer to report it.

Automated backup

Files and databases backed up on a schedule, stored off the hosting server, with retention agreed rather than assumed.

Managed SSL

Certificates provisioned, installed and renewed as part of the service. HTTPS is not an optional extra.

Current runtimes

Supported PHP, database and control panel versions, updated on a managed schedule instead of drifting years behind.

Performance tuning

Caching, compression and sensible resource allocation, with slow pages investigated rather than blamed on the internet.

Local engineering support

Access to engineers in Jordan who can inspect logs and configuration, not just restart things and hope.

Moving from another provider

The migration is our job, not yours.

We build the site on the new platform first and test it while your live site keeps running untouched. Only once the new environment is confirmed working does DNS change, and the old platform stays available afterwards as a rollback position.

Email is handled with the same care — mailboxes copied, authentication records rebuilt, and delivery verified before the old mail platform is retired.

  • Build and test first, on the new platform, before any DNS change.
  • Content, databases and mail migrated together rather than in pieces.
  • DNS cut over at a low-traffic window with reduced TTLs.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC rebuilt so mail keeps being delivered.
  • Rollback available until the new environment is confirmed stable.

Web hosting questions

What kind of sites is this suitable for?
Company websites, brochure and marketing sites, WordPress sites, and small to mid-sized web applications. Applications needing a specific runtime, custom software or root access are better placed on a VPS.
Is there downtime during migration?
In a planned migration there should be no visible downtime for the website, because the new environment is built and tested before DNS is changed. Mail cutover is scheduled to a quiet window to avoid split delivery.
Do you fix sites, or only host them?
We host, and we can also build. Where a site needs development work — rebuilding, integrating, or replacing entirely — that is handled by our software team.
What happens if the site is hacked?
For hosted sites we can restore from backup to a known-good point, then investigate the entry route — usually an outdated plugin, a weak credential or an unpatched runtime — and close it. Ongoing protection is covered under cybersecurity.

Need hosting you don't have to think about?

Tell us what you are running and where it is now. We'll handle the move.
